CORPORATE EVENT DOCUMENTATION // BANGKOK, THAILAND

THE ASSIGNMENT

Honeywell appointed our team to provide photography and video coverage for its four-day regional partner conference in Bangkok, bringing together distributors and partners from across the Asia-Pacific region.

A key requirement of the assignment was the rapid turnaround of daily highlight videos. Edited entirely on-site, each day's recap was produced and delivered in time for the evening gala dinner, allowing delegates to relive the day's key moments while the conference was still in progress.

MY ROLE

- Event Photography

- Videography

- On-site Video Editing

- Production Crew

APPROACH

Covering a live conference requires more than documenting what happens. It demands a workflow that balances continuous event coverage with immediate post-production.

While part of the team remained on the conference floor capturing keynote sessions, networking activities, and delegate interactions, another simultaneously ingested footage, organized media, and edited the daily highlights. This collaborative workflow ensured every recap was delivered on schedule without interrupting the ongoing production.
